LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY:
Weld wheel industries warrants to the original retail purchaser that EVO wheel manufacture by Weld Wheel industries inc. will be free of Structural defects if used under normal and intended use for the life of the wheel. Weld Wheel industries further warrants to the original Purchaser that EVO wheel will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for (1) One year from the date of original purchase as evidenced by invoice or bill of sale, except that such warranty shall be for a period of (90) Ninety days with respect any claim that the wheel is out of round.

FIVE-YEAR CHROME FINISH WARRANTY:
The factory chrome finish is covered by a (5) five-year limited warranty.

WARRANTY POLICIES:
Weld Wheel Industries sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, replace, or re-plate any subject wheel at the complete discretion of Weld Wheel industries Inc., without charge, any EVO wheel, which is returned (freight prepaid) and which, after Weld Wheel Industries examination shows that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Any EVO wheel, which requires re-plating after (3) three years of use by the original owner, will be assessed an $80.00 per wheel reconditioning and re-plating, or replacement at the discretion of Weld Wheel Industries in addition to shipping charges.
